    Key Job Responsibilities

    Market analysis and research to support and reinforce the achievement of business objectives. Know and analyze the competition to support the creation of competitive marketing strategies in each sector where the company performs. Control of expenses of assigned projects. 


    Key Deliverables

    • Responsible for primary and secondary market research studies; regional participation in global projects as well as regional initiatives
    • Lead Front-End Innovation Process for Mexico
    • Leading ingredient price tracker implementation and updating
    • Support for Stage Gate projects and corporate initiatives with market data
    • Member of Global Insights Team


    Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:


    • Bachelor of Marketing Minimum 8 years in areas of marketing / Marketing research
    • Experienced in leading the set-up , design and execution of primary market research and skilled in major market research methodologies, able to identify trends and early signals and to translate those into Business relevant insights.
    • Experienced in extracting insights from secondary market research sources and in the usage of tools like Euromonitor, Innova, Mintel, trade data, etc.
    • Lead multi-functional Front-End Innovation team.
    • Advanced English
    • Leadership, Adaptability, Dynamic, Creative, Automotivation, Critical ability, Meticulousness, Verbal and persuasive communication, Commitment, Tolerance to stress, Planning and organization, Teamwork, Management of several tasks at the same time.
